Dr. Arkady Tsibel completed his general dental training in 1976 with honors. In 1982, he obtained a PHD degree in Prosthodontics with an emphasis on oral surgery, again performing at the top of his class. Dr. Tsibel is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society. He was certified by and is now a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and is also proficient in Invisalign and Waterlase Laser Dentistry, and a Member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has exhibited a lifelong dedication to the dental profession, and a commitment to the continuous advancement of his trade skills. Dr. Tsibel resides in the San Gabriel Valley with his wife. He has raised two twin daughters, both of whom are married, and have blessed him with 4 grandchildren. He has practiced in the community for over 17 years, and always remains on call for his patients at all hours.

                        Dr. Yacobi completed his undergraduate work at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2003. In 2007, he graduated from the prestiges Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. He has also completed training on Implantology and Invisalign. He is licensed by the California State Dental Board.

            Dr. Yacobi has had valuable work experiences that allowed him to sharpen his skills in both laser and implant dentistry. As a dentist who practices implantology, he performs vital procedures that eliminate the need for dentures and improve overall quality of life. Dr. Yacobi is an advocate for the treatment as the ideal solution for tooth loss, to preserve the integrity of the facial structure. He is also a proponent of laser dentistry that permits the removal of infection or tooth decay with great precision. Additionally, the laser eliminates the pain associated with anesthetics and drilling. In suitable patients, Dr. Yacobi is able to apply fillings without the use of needles and the uncomfortable noise and vibration of drills.
